Ingredients
1 lb. (.454 kg) ground beef
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Pepper (Retired)
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 packet Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix
1/2 cup medium salsa
2 cups cooked rice
1 can (398 mL) tomato sauce
6 large bell peppers
1 cup mozzarella cheese, finely grated
Instructions
Brown ground beef with Sunset Seasoned Salt, Sunset Seasoned Pepper (Retired), and Oh! So Garlic; drain. Stir in Baked Jalapeno Popper Dip Mix, salsa, rice and tomato sauce. Wash peppers, cut off tops and seed. Place peppers in a greased baking dish. Fill each pepper with meat mixture. Cover with foil; bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until peppers are soft. Top with cheese before serving.
